AUDITION LOCATION
Recital Hall, Montreal Conservatory of Music, 4750 Henri-Julien Avenue, Montreal
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Wednesday, November 18, 2026
If the number of applicants exceeds the time allotted for auditions, only highly qualified candidates will be invited to participate.
AUDITION REPERTOIRE
1) Worsk required for all voice parts
- W.A. MOZART: Requiem – Confutatis
- J.S. BACH: Magnificat in D – Fecit potentiam (all sopranos must sing part I)
2) Work of your choice:
- A baroque aria with coloratura – three minutes maximum duration (candidate could be stopped after this period).
No sight reading.
Pianist:
Esther Gonthier will be available on site. Please let us know if you wish to reserve her services or if you will be accompanied by your own pianist.
