Les Violons du Roy nominated for a Grammy Award

Anthony Roth Costanzo and Les Violons du Roy have been nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Classical Solo Vocal Album for their disc ARC.

It’s the first solo album by American countertenor Anthony Roth Costanzo and Les Violons du Roy’s first recording under the direction of Jonathan Cohen.

The album was recorded in the Raoul-Jobin Hall at Palais Montcalm - Maison de la musique in the summer of 2017 and is Les Violons du Roy’s 35th album. It was released under Universal Music’s prestigious Decca Gold label (catalogue no. B0028648-02).
