Bernard Labadie cordially invites you to a concert that departs from the beaten path! Fulfilling a long-standing dream, the conductor presents Domenico Scarlatti’s poignant Stabat Mater with its extremely unusual combination of ten solo voices and continuo ensemble. For the occasion, Mr. Labadie will use only guest artists to mount this rich program, rounded out with vocal works by Charpentier and Carissimi.
